1.Power supply unit

Power supply units is consist of insulation transformer, power conditioner, switching power supply. Insulation transformer can 

eliminate effect of electromagnetic interference generated by Impulse voltage test. Switching power supply feed the power of control device.

2.2 Main function of control system 

Operation of test power supply switch.

Power supply voltage & current dial indicator and voltage regulator output voltage & current dial indicator.

Test object voltage & current dial indicator and applied measuring terminal, test object leakage current(1mA-10mA). There should be reliable electric insulation and protection between Current measuring terminal and main discharge circuit, 

which protect the control console from damaging. Measuring display of different polarity voltage current through polarity change circuit. 

Indicator light of voltage regulator raising & reducing voltage; Over-current, over-voltage auto-alarm; Alarm bell for raise voltage; Power supply lock, and the lock is control Desk. Fog room temperature display and measurement. 

Control console equip with over-voltage protection devices. We can protect the control units from damaging of test object flashover through suitable arrangement of wire and

 earthing. Control can realize the function of auto control HV discharge and display earthing signal.

Control console should can auto control earthing switch earthing, and display switch earthing signal.

Control console has the function of auto tripping when over-voltage happening.

Control console’s meters should can verification and self-check.
