Over Current Ability: Continuous working for 300S under 110% rated current (27.5A), then thermal damage or distortion of the winding shall not be occurred.

- System overall structure requirement
1. When two module serial connection, its must guarantee:
1.1 Transmission mechanism should be connected convenient and synchronism, the transmission should be flexible and low noise.
1.2 Each module’s location and fixation should be convenient, reliable, firstly, fix reactor, and then connect transmission shaft;
1.3 Its should be convenient for the current leading circuit between modules.
1.4 Each module voltage distribution almost correspond with each other.
1.5 The connection of HV lead wire should be fixed and convenient;
2. Each reactor Z=f(δ) (The relations between impedance and air gap) characteristic curve should be almost same as each other, at the same air gap position, the different between impedance not surpass 5% of minimum value.
3. Reactor should has reliable air gap limit switch, and equip with air gap sensor, the user can read the iron coil’s gap on the control console.
4. Transmission device should has back-up protection treatment, in case of damage to the transmission from phase sequence opposite or air gap limit switch dysfunction
5. The system’s tuning and resonance function should be excellent. The system should not detuning when regulating device raise voltage, resonant(adjusting air gap) raise voltage or under any test voltage (not surpass rated voltage). And, when the exciter transformer output a relative low voltage (1-1.5kV), the system can also tuning to resonant state.
6. Regulating device should has the function regulation from zero position and auto return-to-zero function
7. The reactor’s air gap will back to the middle position after testing.
8. Regulator has the protection function when motor out of control.
9. Dimension requirement on transportation and crane
