High voltage winding contains four sets of output voltage. Except that 10KV lotus-style set wires outside the fuel tank, the other three sets finish voltage output by electrical switching through a rotating synchronal electric motor. The parameters are as following:
Insulation average: output side of lotus-style 3kv to ground, the frequency power is 35kv/min; dielectric strength of high voltage winding from the high voltage output is no less than 275kv/1min;
Waveform deviation ≤1.5%
Noise: ≤75dB (At full load)
Over Current Ability: Continuous working for 300S at 120% rated current, then thermal damage or distortion of the winding shall not be occurred.
Partial discharge: PD ≤5pC under 100% rated voltage(250kv);≤2pC under 80% of rated voltage(200kv)
Quality factor: ≥40
Working time and temperature: one hour on for 1 hour, and operation under 80% of rated voltage and 80% of rated current, winding temperature raise not surpass 65K, oil temperature raise less than 55K.
Structure: iron coil structure, user can change the reactor through adjusting open coil gaps, two epoxy tube, the steel bracket is made of stainless material in case of the reducing of quality factor which caused by eddy loss; pedestal has considered the heat which is caused by high-intensity magnetic field; the resonant system designation has considered the expand with heat and contract with cold of the oil.
Mechanical strength and sealing conditions
The mechanical strength of the tank can meet the requirements of the appropriate national standard. The entire resonant transformer should be able to withstand the applied surface static pressure 50kPa on oil pillow, continuous 24 h. It should be with no leakage and damage. Surface of the base should be processed and treated with stress to improve sealing. Sealed cushion is produced by fluorine rubber with air technology. It is of abrasion, temperature, pressure, hardness of 70, tensile strength 1Mpa> 12, elongation at break ≥ 200, air compression ≤ 35, dip 25 # transformer oil and permanent deformation ≤ 50.
Core and windings:
Core material select DQ130-30 or better performance of high-quality, cold-rolled silicon steel sheet of high permeability;
Winding should have good shock-wave voltage distribution, reinforcement should be moderate, with sufficient short circuit withstand capability.

External structure:
① Housing is tank type, and connected with flange at two terminals, resistant to impact, low leakage current and partial discharge, external color is sky blue.
② Withstand 20kPa atmosphere sealing test, no leakage, no permanent deformation.
③ Sealing ring is acrylate material for aviations, oil resistance and thermo stability.
Transmission component structure:
①Adopt good material, use 1Ni18T9 stainless steel, which can't transmit magnet, as guide rail.
②In order to reduce the noise, adopt 1Ni18T9 stainless steel, which can't transmit magnet, double lead screw to drag the flexible iron coil.
