Considering below details:
As USER existing system is 100kV 20A, with two taps, 75kV 2000kVA, 50kV 2000kVA.
100kV tap: load range: 32nF ~ 637nF
75kV tap: load range: 56nF~1129nF
50kV tap: load range: 127nF~2547nF
The HTRS5000kVA/75,160,250kV resonant test system can fully take place of USER existing
100kV system.
*As we design with enough margin on the system, when use 75kV tap, the minimum inductance can reach 3H. And maximum load can reach 3.38uF, which is >2.547nF (Existing 100kV system maximum load at 50kV tap.) To the load between 127nF to 0.225uF, we can adopt 160kV tap or 250kV tap. Other taps can do similar treatment when testing, which will guarantee the system meet all your cable testing requirement.
Over Current Ability: Continuous working for 300S at110% rated current (22A) not happen any thermal damage or distortion of the winding.
Over Voltage Ability: Overvoltage at 110% UH (275kV) for 60s not happen any insulation damage for the testing transformer.
Quality factor: >40
PD Level :< 2pC at 100%UH
Working time and temperature: one hour on and three hour off under rated load, everyday 6cycle.Winding temperature raise not surpass 65K, oil temperature raise less than 55K
Linearity: 10%-100% reactance, error≤±1%
Structure: iron coil structure, user can change the reactance through adjusting open coil gaps, two epoxy tube, the steel bracket is made of stainless material in case of the reducing of quality factor which caused by eddy loss; pedestal has considered the heat which is caused by high-intensity magnetic field; the resonant system designation has considered the expand with heat and contract with cold of the oil.
External structure:
① Housing is tank type, and connected with flange at two terminal, resistant to impact, low leakage current and partial discharge, external color is sky blue.
② Withstand 20kPa atmosphere sealing test, no leakage, no permanent deformation.
③ Sealing ring is acrylate material for aviations, oil resistance and thermo stability.
Transmission component structure:
①Adopt good material, use 1Ni18T9 stainless steel, which can't transmit magnet, as guide rail.
②In order to reduce the noise, adopt 1Ni18T9 stainless steel, which can't transmit magnet, double lead screw to drag the flexible iron coil.
