Structure: iron coil structure, user can change the reactance through adjusting open coil gaps, two epoxy tube, the steel bracket is made of stainless material in case of the reducing of quality factor which caused by eddy loss; pedestal has considered the heat which is caused by high-intensity magnetic field; the resonant system designation has considered the expand with heat and contract with cold of the oil.
External structure:
① Housing is tank type, and connected with flange at two terminal, resistant to impact,low leakage current and partial discharge, external color is sky blue.
② Withstand 20kPa atmosphere sealing test, no leakage, no permanent deformation.
③ Sealing ring is acrylate material for aviations, oil resistance and thermo stability.
Transmission component structure:
①Adopt good material, use 1Ni18T9 stainless steel, which can't transmit magnet, as guide rail.
②In order to reduce the noise, adopt 1Ni18T9 stainless steel, which can't transmit magnet, double lead screw to drag the flexible ciron coil.
