Inductance and load capacitance adjusting range : 

Over Current Ability: Continuous working for 300S under 110% rated current (44A), then thermal damage or distortion of the winding shall not be occurred.
Over Voltage Ability: Overvoltage at 110% UH (495kV) for 60s., then it shall not happened any insulation damage for the testing transformer.
Quality factor :no load >50 ,under load>40
Partial discharge :less than 2pC at rated voltage
Working time and temperature: 1hour on,3hours off .everday not surpass 6cycles .Winding temperature raise not surpass 65K, oil temperature raise less than 55K
Structure: iron coil structure, user can change the reactance through adjusting open coil gaps, two epoxy tube,the steel bracket is made of stainless material in case of the reducing of quality factor which caused by eddyloss; pedestal has considered the heat which is caused by high‐intensity magnetic field; the resonant systemdesignation has considered the expand with heat and contract with cold of the oil.
External structure:
1 Housing is tank type, and connected with flange at two terminals, resistant to impact, low leakage current and partial discharge, external color is sky blue.
2 Withstand 20kPa atmosphere sealing test, no leakage, no permanent deformation.
3 Sealing ring is acrylate material for aviations, oil resistance and thermo stability.
Transmission component structure:
①Adopt good material, use 1Ni18T9 stainless steel, which can't transmit magnet, as guide rail.
②In order to reduce the noise, adopt 1Ni18T9 stainless steel, which can't transmit magnet, double lead screw to drag the flexible iron coil.
