Internal structure:
Use 30Q130 orientation silicon sheet, mitre equipped, head face is mopping and strapped with epoxy glass cloth
There are baffle between winding, iron coil and earth, reliable earthing.
External structure:
① Housing is tank type, and connected with flange at two terminals, resistant to impact, low leakage current and partial discharge, external color is sky blue.
② Withstand 20kPa atmosphere sealing test, no leakage, no permanent deformation.
③ Sealing ring is acrylate material for aviations, oil resistance and thermo stability.
Transmission component structure:
①Adopt good material, use 1Ni18T9 stainless steel, which can't transmit magnet, as guide rail.
②In order to reduce the noise, adopt 1Ni18T9 stainless steel, which can't transmit magnet, double lead screw to drag the flexible iron coil.
