5) Application: Use for protection and control of 400V LV side input of regulator front pole
6) The rated current of 400V side is 4000A. The testing transformer current of the switch of the main transformer is not lower than 4500A and its trippingoff current is 1500A. The LV switch is subdevice of 400V bus bar in secondary loops, which rated current can be set at 1000A and its Max. Operating current is 1250A.
7) In the relevant industries, tripoff current is similar with limited load value which will be set as 1.1 times of the transformer rated current. In fact, this value is set by user themselves in low voltage system and will not follow the above regulations strictly. Therefore, such load value is possible to exist. Because, the voltage regulator will be adjusted continuously, if miss wrong operation, over current of the station transformer and testing transformer are possible to take place. Thus, the setting of protection should follow the principle of '1.1 times rated current'.
To consider on this point, the rated current of 400V switch cabinet is 1250A.
