HCL2840 Dielectric Loss Tester Applied in AC 110V/60Hz and 220V/60Hz Grid System

HIMALAYAL - SHANGHAI - CHINA

I. Apply HCL2840 dielectric loss tester to AC 110V/60Hz grid system
HCL2840 loss tester applies digital high voltage dielectric tan delta bridge and frequency conversion anti interference technology, therefore has good compatibility to both AC 220V/50Hz and 110V/60Hz grid. Default working condition for HCL2840 dielectric loss tester is AC 220V/50Hz, usable in 110V/60Hz grid under the following setting:
l  Working power supply: modify working power supply from AC 110V to AC 220V with voltage regulator.
l  Anti 60Hz power interference: move cursor on displayed menu to “__Hz”, change test frequency to 55Hz/65Hz double frequency conversion mode, which serves the purpose of 60Hz power frequency interference control.
Note: new type HCL2840 dielectric loss tester has no automatic frequency setting storage after power off, frequency will automatically switch back to 50Hz double frequency conversion mode. Initial setting of specified type for export has been modified according to customer requirements, see technical parameters for specifications.
HCL2840 dielectric loss tester is currently applied to 110V/60Hz grid in many domestic power supply construction and debugging unit.

II. Apply HCL2810 dielectric loss tester in AC 220V/60Hz grid system
Default working condition for HCL2840 dielectric loss tester is AC 220V/60Hz, usable in 220V/60Hz grid under the following setting:
l  Working power supply: operate directly, automatic frequency identification.
l  Anti 60Hz power interference: move cursor on displayed menu to “__Hz”, change test frequency to 55Hz/65Hz double frequency conversion mode, which serves the purpose of 60Hz power frequency interference control.
Note: new type HCL2840 dielectric loss tester has no automatic frequency setting storage after power off, frequency will automatically switch back to 50Hz double frequency conversion mode. Initial setting of specified type for export has been modified according to customer requirements, see technical parameters for specifications.
